How many different types of studios are there?

There are 3 different types of studios. The floor plan and amenities are nearly identical. The main differences are:

Ground-floor studios have a patio and garden
1st-floor studios have a large balcony
Top-floor studios have vaulted ceilings and a small balcony with a great view

What is the minimum rental period?

We will typically give preference to rental periods of 12 months or more. However, we do sign tenants for shorter rental periods if availability allows.

Can I pre-book a studio?

Yes, we allow for pre-booking in exchange for a non-refundable three-month deposit.

What is the maximum occupancy of the studios?

Given their sizes and provided furnishings, our studios are ideal for a single individual or for a couple (only one bed is provided).

Can I sublet my studio if I have to leave on internship?

Yes, you can. The process is hassle-free as you would still be the primary tenant in the rental contract.
